Happy Birthday Pat!

It was a great day today; we won our regular division games and now go onto the playoffs starting on Thursday. It was Pat's birthday, and what a way to celebrate! And, the weather! Omg, need I say more???? It was great! I had on my number 100 plus sunscreen, and at one point, Lyss and I moved to the outfield under a shade tree to watch a few innings.

We celebrated with Pat after the game, and brought home an ice cream cake. The day was wonderful.

Tomorrow, we play @ F&M. My niece plays lacrosse for F&M and also has a game there the same time Pat will be playing baseball. So, the two cousins, born five days apart, will be sharing a collegiate experience on the same campus.... Weird, huh? Those two!

My glass is very, very full right now... Life is good.... Goodnight all.

Etown vs. Penn State Harrisburg

A bunch of the freshmen got in this game 'cause we beat them pretty big. Here's some photos of Pat; he was just so happy to get in, plus, he was checking out the weeds that need pulled this summer while employed as a second year weed-puller at Penn State Capital Campus...

Baseball, baseball and more baseball...

(Pat's the last boy-far end leaning on the fence)... For now, you guys have to deal with these pictures... College ball is way different than high school ball; these guys are really really good. I'm very impressed. It may only be D3 ball, but it's very competitive. Our Etown upperclassmen players are all really good hitters. We swept the series with Albright this weekend, and played really good ball! Pat's enjoying just being a part of this team, and that makes us pretty happy. All the boys seem really nice, so that's all good.

I got nothing done all weekend long 'cause of being at the games, so every night this week, I plan to do a little something around the house. Tonight, I vacuuumed and stripped a bed.

We plan to beach it this weekend if Pat doesn't have practice on Saturday, so I may have better pictures to post, and more things to blog about... I really have nothing right now! Does anyone remember my Easter pictures of last year, the bunny cake with the small problems? I may attempt to make him perfectly this year; stay tuned!
