Check out my dinner party from last week...



Appetizer: Homemade corn chow with french bread;
Salad: Pan seared scallops over top baby spinich;
Entre': Pork tenderloin, twice baked stuffed sweet potatoes, fresh green beans;
Dessert: Fresh berries mixed with homemade sweet cream and mint.

MAJOR FUN!
