Just a quick note...

to let everyone know that I LOVE, yes, I LOVE, my new job! I'm so excited, and so thrilled about it! The day seems to go by in about 10 mins or less.... It's going to be so great for me; I'm meeting so many people, and networking all over the building. It's going to take some getting used to because I'm not used to stepping foot outside of my old cubicle walls. I'm invited to meeting after meeting, and my Outlook Calendar is filling up! Again, this is something I'm not used to! This Unit deals with Special Projects. Basically, they get all the projects floating around the building that either no one has time for, no one can figure out, or no one wants... A perfect fit for me because actually, I enjoy figuring things out! I'll keep you updated.

On the homefront, Pat committed to Etown and is so happy that the decision is made! He's so contended with his choice. It was a very, very hard decision but I've never seen him happier; I know it's a good decision.

I've posted some of my favorite pictures from this oh so difficult baseball season. Enjoy and have a GREAT week!

My New UPcoming Job!

As I said, I'll post after I start my new job next week, but I HAD to share this with you! Today, I met with my supervisor just to go over working hours, etc. and had taken down two boxes to put them in my new cubicle. When Linda mentioned that the drawers in this cubicle are ALWAYS kept locked, and gave me the keys, I asked why? She said, "Because, the Agency's digital camera is kept here, and that needs to be locked up." Why, oh why would the Agency's camera be kept locked up in my drawer???? BECAUSE I, YES MY FRIENDS, YOU HEARD THAT RIGHT, I AM THE NEW AGENCY'S OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHER!!!!!!!!! Ha!!!!!!!!! Is this job going to be for me or what? She saw the look on my face, and said, "Are you good at photography?" I said, "Linda, you hired the right girl for this job..."

More later.........

Have a GREAT week!
