I've been so remiss....

I just really haven't been keeping up with my blogging, my picture taking, my card making, etc. You know what I need??? I need about a four month vacation! I would spend the first month on a remote island (well, maybe not too remote because I would like to occasion a tiki bar every now and then...) Seriously, I really need to get so many things done in my home office; I have about a mountain of ironing - it just sits there and I look at it every single day; I have a stack of items for Pat's scrap booking; another pile of clothing that need buttons and/or some small mending jobs done; my poor iPod needs updated.... All those little little things that just take time. I got my iPod out today of my work bag. I just haven't listened to it in so long. I had to drowned out the office sounds - yes, it's that time again... Anyway, I just loved listening to my music, although, I know I have more music in my iTunes, and I need to transfer. Like I said, lots of little little things to do...

I took Monday off and I hope to be so darn productive that you'll be so damn jealous of me! I need to go to a seamstress. I have a project that's interesting... Ok, maybe some of my friends/family think it's a little crazy... I'm taking a dress that I wore to all of Pat's special things through the years, you know, that special dress, and I'm gonna get it made into a skirt because the thing is somewhat dated.... OK, IT'S 10 YEARS OLD! THERE!!!! I SAID IT AND I'M OK WITH THAT!!!!!!! Ha! I just got it back from the dry cleaners, so now I'm going to have it fitted, and made into a stylish little skirt to wear for Pat's Graduation. (Now you should be saying to yourself: "Terry doesn't look like she could have a kid who's old enough to be graduating??? I'm confused?" ) Very good, thank you....

We're soon finishing up the college choices and have it narrowed down to E-town and Albright, two really nice schools that Pat would do well at. We're now getting all the financial packages back, and is that ever fun!! Put it this way, I've been drinking heavily every night... ha! Joe and I are trying to justify this huge expense, and we're repeating, over and over again... "he's our only child, this is a gift we're giving him...." So, if you hear me saying that to you, please forgive me. We say it every two minutes in our house, I've embraced it, and it's kinda part of me now. It's the only way to rationalize it.... ha!

I have lots going on in my work life right now, and when there's big news, I'll be sure to share. I just know that I need a change, or else I'll pull out every strand of hair on my head, and that would be very very unattractive, don't you think?

Happy Spring to all, and a Blessed Easter Season!

I hope to have a photo shoot this weekend, and I'll surely post!
